In Burnley is maintained by Paul Maden as a free service to the people of Burnley and surrounding areas.
The site is quite different from other local directories with their ‘never mind the quality, feel the width’ mentality, and will only feature companies, products, services, and attractions that meet with my approval.
To see what meets with my approval, let’s take the example (and first listing) of Green Slate Trophies. It is a family run business, established in 1978, and considers good customer service to be the best way to attract and retain customers. It also just happens to be my mum’s shop.
